Where Have All The Flowers Gone In The Car Park? (2005-02-08)
Not that you may be interested to know, but the car park directly facing our apartment has lost its fence. Some workers came to tear it down recently and dug up all the dirt along the old fence inside the lot. They have paved the area with concrete and put plates to fill the level between the car park and the street so that cars can now enter and exit the lot right in front of our apartment. Not only do these changes create more noise for us, most importantly there will be no more orange poppies, cat tail grass and wild chrysanthemums which used to spring up every summer from the dirt area that is now paved. Those damn workers, I hate them!
