Homemade Japanese Salted Fish (2009-03-16)
Clueless of what this fish is
I suck at butterflying whole fish
Brining one side for 15 minutes
Then 15 more minutes on the other side
I decided to just separate the fish into two pieces when drying them
Pretty dry after 3.5 hours
Grilling the fish (didn't realize the stove's this filthy till I took this picture!)
