Right behind Shin Kong Mitsukoshi department store across Taipei Station is Jiang Nan Wholesale Store (not an actual wholesale shop).
Three stories high, it carries a buttload of stuff including tons of
Japanese cosmetics and skin care products loved by Hong Kong
visitors.
