Exploding Annouimo (2008-02-23)
Is it the high water content in the annouimo? Or the exceptionally high sugar content? I've never had a sweet potato exploded before.I roasted three small ones one day, two were fine but the third one
exploded and catapulted to the other side of the tray! It left a
huge mess on the oven wall which took forever to clean.
But the flesh shrapnel that was stuck on the tray got hardened and
crunchified, not to mention tooth-achingly sweet.
In other words, YUMMO TO THE POWER OF XXXXXXXXX!
