Shakespeare and Company (2010-12-13)
Our next agenda after lunch was to check out Shakespeare and Company, the bookstore founded by American George Whitman and has also served as a reading library for writers who lived and read the books in exchange of a few hours' work in the shop. One such writer would be Earnest Hemingway.
A stroll through the streets of the Latin Quarter from the station past Notre Dame would take you to the bookstore. It's not hard to find.
