Shakespeare and Company (2010-12-13)
Our next agenda after lunch was to check out Shakespeare and Company, the bookstore founded by American George Whitman and has also served as a reading library for writers who lived and read the books in exchange of a few hours' work in the shop. One such writer would be Earnest Hemingway.A stroll through the streets of the Latin Quarter from the station past Notre Dame would take you to the bookstore. It's not hard to find.
