Hotel Jen Orchardgateway (2014-12-21)
We chose Hotel Jen primarily for its proximity to the station. When you've been out walking all day in hot muggy weather, the last thing you want is trudge up another 10, 15 minutes to your hotel. All it takes to go from the door of Hotel Jen to the station is 20 SECONDS! The hotel literally shares a wall with Somerset station.
The fact that it's also located on Orchard Road (with entrance on Somerset Road) and being almost a brand new 4 star hotel (opened in mid September 2014) is just icing on the cake.
