My Cooking (2005-09-17)
I find that weird that so many of my friends will often ask me what kind of food I cook at home. That is a question I never think is interesting enough for me to ask my friends. Perhaps it is my background that prompt them to find out what I've been feeding KL (or perhaps I am such a boring person that they need to ask trivial questions to make conversation).Anyway being a Chinese who grew up in Hong Kong, educated in the US,
lived in Australia and now lolling around in Tokyo, I must do seem like
I have had an interesting life to some of my friends who love to cook
and also love to see what others cook.
It's for this reason that I will start posting my cooking on this
site from now on. I hope this will satisfy my friends' curiosity
in our home-cooked meals. Just don't start asking for recipes
'cause there often aren't any. I almost always use a "pinch" of
this and a "dash" of that in my cooking and it seems to work because my
food tastes GOOOOD, if I may
say so myself.
