Dessert In Hong Kong (2006-01-31)

We only managed to eat traditional dessert once in our stay: Sticky rice balls with sesame filling in a ginger broth and red bean soup with tofu topping, so very good

Mango dessert restaurant front

Boxes of mangoes stacked all the way to the ceiling inside the restaurant

We ordered a mango pudding and a mango sago drink

The mango pudding in the center of the dish is topped with a scoop of shaved coconut ice and the whole thing smothered with mango puree with chunks of mango, absolutely fabulous! The sago (tapioca) in the drink on the other hand is too soft (overcooked), but the "juice" is all mango puree with bits of mango in it
