This Year Our Travel Destination Is... (2007-08-27)
Fall season is rolling around, which means our annual travel is coming along as well, YAY! There are so many cities we'd love to visit, but there's only one place we should go this year. Since we haven't seen our family for over four years, it's about time we paid them a visit. Yep, we are going to Sydney.
For reason even unknown to myself, I don't plan to call up my
friends. Don't ask me why I'd choose to spend this trip with my
family only, I don't know. I am just a weird person and sometimes
my weirdness catches up with me and makes me do inexplicable
things. I guess it's like the situation when there's a party held
in your name and everybody's around you happy and wants to celebrate
the moment with you and all you wanna do is to go to a quiet place and
be alone. If you've never felt this way, never felt the urge to
stay off the "normal" and socially acceptable course of action, you are
a lot more normal than I. So, my friends in Sydney: if you read
this and are getting mad at my not planning to call you, please don't
kill me! In my heart, I still love you.
This blog will not have new posts while we are away, and will
remain sadly so subsequently until I'm over the sadness of leaving my
family enough to
write up the travelogue and organize the gazillion photos I will have
taken
when we return. Hope you understand.
P.S. What's Daifoo have to do with Sydney? Nothing. But
since every post must have a picture (KL's program dictates that), I
have no relevant material for today's article. So I just randomly
put up his funny sleeping pose photos. Hope you understand that
too.
