I love going to the market and discover rare find. On a recent trip to a tiny produce shop in Shibuya (
), I came
across bags of adorable baby shiitake mushrooms. They are just
the cutest thing you ever see in a fungi with their plump little cap
over an itty bitty stalk. They have all the intense flavor of
normal size shiitake, just infinitely cuter. And the best part
is: they only cost 2 bucks a bag, what a steal!Back to top
