Brasserie Va-tout (2011-01-13)
It's a shame that the waiter who served us was curt and rude (first one in Japan) because the food we had at Brasserie Va-tout was excellent. Both Lunch Specials that we ordered were tasty, inexpensive and utilized quality ingredients.
However our take on returning to a restaurant rests equally on both
food and service. It doesn't matter how splendid the food is, if
eating there means being subject to the rudeness and dirty faces of
servers, we are more than happy to take our business elsewhere.
