Cell Phone Straps (2004-11-10)
Cell phones are very popular here. I don't know any of our friends who don't own at least one. I have noticed that Japanese like to attach decorative straps on their phones, particularly young women. If you go to trendy Shibuya (
), you will see most of the funky young girls there talk
on their cell phones with literally dozens of straps hanging off them.You can also buy sticker-like covers with pre-cut holes to cover the plain ol' boring phone inside and out. These stickers are usually brightly printed with sparkling stars and hearts.
