Snow (2014-02-18)

We left a hot Sydney (28C) and landed on a very cold Tokyo (3C) on Feb 2, 6am. KL immediately caught a cold and cough, ha!
The next day it snowed lightly for a few hours and I thought, "Oh,
how lovely!"
Four days later, the "lovely snow" turned into something
else. Tokyo issued heavy snow warning in 13 years and forecast an
over 10-cm accumulation, a first in 16 years.
On Feb 9, we woke up to an accumulation of 27 cm in metropolitan Tokyo, a record since 1969!!
