Tim Ho Wan (2015-01-01)
After Din Tai Fung lunch, we went shopping at Plaza Singapura (direct link from Dhoby Ghaut station). There we saw Tim Ho Wan, the well-known Michelin dim sum restaurant from Hong Kong! Wait, there's more! No lines?! Empty tables even?!
We went in without thinking, all we wanted was afternoon tea! We
ordered three dim sum, the baked charsui buns were, oh my lord,
unbelievably delicious. The other two failed.
An impulse eat turned out to be the BEST food we had in Singapore,
who knew?
