Bloating Roast Duck (2006-03-27)
I was cooking a roast duck the other day. Half
way into the baking process, I took it out to turn it over to cook the
other side. That's when I saw the duck's belly swollen like a
ball!
A dead poultry gets an abdominal distention in the oven, talk about weird.
