Serenade Chinese Restaurant (2007-02-11)
We went to Serenade to have dim sum more for its convenient location near our hotel than for its food. Don't get me wrong, their dim sum is pretty good, nothing wrong with it. I just had even better ones elsewhere. Since KL, his brother and sister and I were pressed for time the day we were looking for lunch, Serenade did the job nicely.
We ordered some old favorites and tried some new ones. The
food was good in general and the seating comfortable. We ate till
we couldn't eat another bite and it only cost HK$280 incl tips (with
some dim sum qualified for the early bird special), about US$9 per
person. Incredible value.
