HK-Day 7 (2011-05-08)
Mui Kee
This is Mui?
Reminds me of a cheap cafeteria
Soft drinks were stored in those big containers
As soon as we sat down before we even looked at the menu, someone gave us two bowls of housemade soup
They have lots of inexpensive lunch sets including these: HK$34 buys you one dish, rice and soup
Our order came with drinks
Fukien Fried Rice (the topping was a bit paltry)
Stirfried rice noodles with beef was surprisingly tasty
Bill (about US$7.5)
Great value purchase (flashlights US$1.5 each, portable electronic scale US$8)
Very lightweight and accurate
Got the flashlights and scale from this store in Apliu Street, Sham Sui Po
A pomeranian in Sham Sui Po
Dinner by myself: Crispy-skinned roast goose and chicken from Guangdong BBQ restaurant, so very delicious!
Also had stirfried Chinese broccoli
Mango pudding from a cake shop
