Memorable Dishes (2013-03-26)

Dinner at Sunny Harbour on first night in Sydney; one of the dishes was these steamed lobsters with garlic, yummy but a bit too garlicky

Blanched live prawns

Came all the way here

for their duck which was incredibly flavorful and tender and moist

One dish we didn't like much was this rack of spare rib baked in foil which was very greasy

I always have pho in Sydney

Fresh rice noodles are so great

Good Kitchen has the yummiest stirfried noodle dishes which are full of wok flavor

They also serve very good steamed rice rolls in their breakfast menu

Lunch in the food court at Miranda Westfield, I just love Turkish pide

Then afternoon churros at San Churro on the ground floor

A casual dinner at Palace Bistro in Hurstville RSL, food is cheap and cheery, not bad at all

Don't remember the name of the restaurant, but they serve the chewiest housemade noodles I ever had

Panfried pork buns. The restaurant is on Anzac Parade near Meeks Street

Took multiple trains with parents and his friends to Pymble (north Sydney)

mainly for this smoked duck dish

Delicious

Always a fan of this Shanghai dish (minced pork served with bread pockets)

Steamed pork dumplings

Sizzler salad

T-bone steak was shockingly good, it was juicy, smoky and flavorful

One of parents' friends treated us to a scrumptious dinner at Terrazas

Very delicious

Complimentary bitter melon jelly, it was bitter and sweet, unusual but quite nice
