Bean Slicer (2009-09-07)
The bean slicer I got in Sydney is just about the best five bucks I ever spent on a kitchen tool. It easily removes the bean's tough edges as well as julienning it simultaneously. I can't explain why, but thinly sliced beans taste much better than whole beans, especially in stirfry dishes!
