Thank You So Much Everybody (2007-10-28)
We were so dead tired when we arrived at Narita that we opted to go home by the most expensive and quickest route: first by Narita Express
Where one can get tickets from these machines
There's a mirror whose purpose is to tell the buyer if someone's lurking behind (!!)
The machine takes credit card, bills and coins
Our tickets
There're women who sell food and drinks on the train
Interior
The train arrived at Tokyo, but not our stop
After getting off in Shinjuku, we then caught a taxi which didn't have a GPS (gasp). The driver consulted a map book to find our street
Our meal that night: BBQ pork, roast duck, fishballs and rice noodles, all courtesy of Sydney. Hahaha
KL had roast duck for lunch P.S. Didn't take pictures of the meal on the plane 'cause I stupidly left the camera in the bag which had gone to the overhead bin and was too much hassle to get it out
ABC delivered our luggage the next day
Daifoo went straight to the plastic cover as soon as it's on the floor
Dad loves to write poems and gave me this one to bring back home
If you can understand this, then your Chinese is way better than mine
Almost everything we bought and received in Sydney
And these: bread, BBQ meat, noodles etc
All but two are souvenir
Mrs Y immediately gave me plums as return gift after I gave her souvenir from Sydney. How come she can ALWAYS whip out sealed uneaten fruit any day??
pretty orange color
Juicy and sweet
Daifoo, are you happy we're back?
YES!!!
